TSE Refund & Cancellations for Subscription Services

Subscriptions to Tech Support Experts (TSE)

If a customer has subscribed to automatically renew their Tech Support Expert Services, and wishes to cancel their subscription, the customer may contact us by writing an email to support@techsupportexpert.com or simply call us at our Customer Service number 1-855-835-4255.

How can I cancel my membership?

Call 1-855- 835-4255 to begin the cancellation process. Our Customer Service hours are 9am to 5pm PST from Monday through Friday. Customer Service is closed on Saturday& Sundays and most major holidays.

NOTE: Customer has to get in touch with our representatives for cancelling any subscription membership. Just sending an email will not be considered as a confirmation of a refund.

If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the fourteen (14) day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded and no amount will be charged to your account after that.

Payment Method

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your Membership Subscription, we will use the payment method associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not be renewed which will affect the services and you will be subject to current payment plan offerings.

Non Collection of Payment

If we are unable to collect payment on your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Membership, you will have to pay the number of payments that have been declined.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Absolutely. If you decide that your current service level does not suit your needs, you can call us any time to explore alternative plans.

Can I change my billing due date?

Yes, you can! If you prefer to have your bill arrive at a certain time of month, we’re happy to accommodate.

If you want to cancel your subscription for the following reasons:

Because the computer is broken.

Because I’m traveling / going for a vacation/ not using my computer.

Because I can’t pay for my membership.

Please call and speak to us as we will be happy to PAUSE your membership for that period of time so that it does not create burden on your pocket.

What should I consider before canceling my Tech Support Experts membership?

Remember, your Tech Support Experts membership is more than instant access to our friendly Technology Advisors. It also includes Licensed Antivirus program. When your membership is cancelled, the software licenses will expire. Be sure to have an antivirus program and backup solution in place before canceling Tech Support Experts.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Easy, Active, Pro Active & Super Active membership plans do not carry any cancellation fee after completion of 6 months of monthly subscription.

However if you wish to cancel before completing the initial 6 months of monthly subscriptions there will be a cancellation fee which will be applicable as follows:

Easy Plan – $50, Active Plan – $70, Pro Active Plan – $90, Super Active Plan – $100

(NOTE: The One Time Enrollment fee is not refundable)
